Our systems for safer work at high-risk areas

InTeEx safety systems for construction machinery spans from an advanced safety system designed for Rail-Road Excavators with extensive safety-requirements, to simpler limiters where only infrastructure needs added protection. Depending on what kind of work the machine will perform, what the requirements are and what local regulations apply: the most effective system can be selected and fitted to the machine to satisfy the operator, machine owner, customer and regulator.

RRCS

Our most advanced and capable safety system, designed and developed for excavators working on railways.

The main difference between RRCS and other system is that it contains the RCI/RCL function, a Rated Capacity Indicator/Limiter. The system also contains a lot of extra functionalities, such as automatic brake control, emergency stop and speed limiter. The system fulfills Performance Level D (PLd), and adheres to the current standards: SS-EN 15746, 13849 etc.

EC-S

EC-S is a system designed to be mounted on machinery, for example wheel loaders, MEWPs etc., providing work where there is a requirement or need for a safety system, ex. below powerlines, next to power stations or railways.

EC-S functions is Height- and Slew limiting, the system fulfills Performance Level D (PLd) and adheres to SS-EN13849 etc.

EC-B

EC-B is a simpler, not safety rated, system where there is a need for a Height Limiter and/or Slew limiter to protect infrastructure and the machine, ex. work in tunnels, close to buildings or other vulnerable areas of concern.

The system is simple and intuitive as well as fast and easy to install on both new and older machines.
